Traffic Violation Reporting: Users can report traffic violations directly through the platform, enabling the police to track and follow up on incidents efficiently.

An AI-powered chatbot designed and deployed for ISACO, aimed at helping users resolve vehicle-related issues and automotive questions in real time. The chatbot provides instant AI-driven responses through a live chat interface. To ensure a smooth and human-like experience, real-time messaging is handled using WebSockets, enabling fast and reliable communication between the user and the system. The user interface was built with React, with Framer Motion used extensively to create smooth, responsive animations that enhance usability and guide user interactions without feeling intrusive. When the AI is unable to confidently resolve a user’s request, the system seamlessly escalates the conversation to a human operator, allowing users to continue the chat and receive personalized assistance without losing context.

Bimani is an online damage assessment platform developed in collaboration with the Central Insurance of Iran, designed to digitize and streamline the post-accident insurance process. After an accident, users can submit photos, videos, and voice recordings directly from the accident scene, eliminating the need for in-person visits and extensive paperwork. All submitted data is reviewed remotely by insurance damage assessors through dedicated management panels. The system enables insurance assessors to evaluate, review, and determine damage costs online, allowing compensation to be processed and paid within 24 to 48 hours. This approach significantly reduces operational overhead, speeds up claim resolution, and improves the overall user experience. The administrative and assessor dashboards were built using Next.js, focusing on performance, scalability, and usability for internal insurance workflows.
